Dentistry by Design MWC

Dr. Harroz and Dentistry by Design changed my life – it’s as simple as that! At a regular check up, Dr. Harroz told me that I needed a night guard. Unbeknown to him, I had been seeing and paying a chiropractor for months to treat extensive pain in my neck and shoulders. I heeded his counsel and got fitted for a guard. The very next day I had no headache…no neck pain…no shoulder pain…no jaw pain! I was completely blown away! Never before had I considered that my misery was caused from my mouth, but it took Dr. Harroz less than a minute to make a diagnosis. I am indebted to him and his guidance, because he allowed me to live my daily life free of pain! Originally, my husband and I stumbled across Dentistry by Design when we purchased a wonderful Groupon package. Because of the distance to Dentistry by Design, our plan was to use the Groupon and be done. But after our first visit, we knew we wanted to come back and felt the service we received was absolutely worth the commute! Their customer service is set high and above par – everyone was so nice and willing to help and made us feel like we were the reason they came to work that day! What I especially liked about our first visit was that my hygienist took her time to explain everything! I had absolutely no questions when I left. Even more, I left with an easy game plan to keep my teeth sparkling white and clean. Dr. Harroz and his wonderful staff at Dentistry by Design have made my husband and I CUSTOMERS FOR LIFE.

I cannot say enough good things about Dentistry by Design. The staff are amazing!! As a person who HATED going to the dentist, they have removed all of my anxiety and dread. To Wendy, Alesa, and Lauren, I say thank you. Your professionalism, knowledge, and compassion are a gift ( I hope Dr. Ed realizes how valuable you all are to the team). To Dr. Harroz, you have made the biggest difference in my life!! After forty plus years of having headaches on a DAILY basis, you have cured them. I have gone to doctors and dentists, chiropractors and acupuncture, had MRI’s and EEG’s, and taken medication every day of my life, and now, NO MORE!!! You quickly diagnosed the problem, fit me for the appliance needed, and OVERNIGHT, MY HEADACHES WERE GONE!!!! Words cannot explain my gratitude to you for truly listening to your patients, and with your expertise, managing their care with wisdom and compassion.

I visited your facility yesterday and I was quite please with my overall experience. I redeemed a groupon that I had purchased online Monday. I called to make my appointment on Tuesday and was seen on Thursday of the same week. Nice to be able to get in quickly. The goupon was a fantastic deal. I hadn’t had my teeth cleaned in over 10 years. Alesa was extremely pleasant and very informative. She did a thorough job with minimal pain. I am more than satisfied with her work. My teeth are amazing and I can’t stop looking in the mirror at them. And she also gave me a lot of tips to keep my pearly whites gleaming. Wendy was exceptional as well. She is very sweet. The office staff and dentist were all around welcoming and very pleasant to deal with. This visit has exceeded all of my expectations. I live on the north west part of town but it is worth the drive to be treated as well as I have. I think I have found a new dentist. Thank you very much. I look forward to my next visit in September. This truly was a gratifying experience.

Getting anyone in my family to the dentist is a major chore! However, it definitely helps knowing the kind of care and consideration we’ll receive when we come to you all. Also, it really helps that you are so good at what you do.

I have just moved back to the OkC area. I thought I was getting great care in Philadelphia. I now have a new standard by which to judge all dentists. Dr. Harroz, you and your team of dental professionals set the bar for excellence and customer service. It is almost enough to make me want to make up a reason to go to the dentist just to get he royal treatment that you provide. Thank goodness you take my Tricare benefits. But, I would come to you even if you didn’t.

My mouth was a train wreck. After 23 years of military service my moth was full of silver fillings, teeth out of alignment and the color of wet paper. I was recommended to Dentistry by Design by a close friend and was the best thing I have ever done for my physical health and appearance. I now have white fillings, no more metal mouth, clean smelling breath, straight teeth and white. Thanks to DDS, Edward Harroz Jr. and his professional “fun” staff I now can even smile to my mother-in-law!! Now that’s catering to a coward!

I have been a patient of Dr. Harroz since my retirement from the Air Force. He has provided me a full range of dental services from cleaning to multiple teeth bridges. He is an exceptional dentist who does great work. He provides dental services with great facilities and with a minimum of discomfort. Visiting the dentist is like paying taxes- it will never be fun. But Dr. Harroz is the best in making time in the dental chair as comfortable as possible.
